5 cups warm water
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup dough conditioner
1/4 cup honey or sugar
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup potatoe flakes or pearls
1 tbs. salt
2 tbs. instant yeast
6 cups of whole wheat flour
6 cups white flour (approx.)

Directions:
Directions:
In your mixer, mix all ingrediients except white flour. When well mixed, add white flour and mix 8 minutes. Let rise until double. Divide into 5 equal loaves and put into bread pans or mold the fifth loaf into bunes. I make the fifth loaf into buns most of the time.
