1 lb. Italian style hot sauage, cut in 1" pieces
1 14 oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes, chop or break up
1 red bell pepper, sliced and cut in quarters
Frank's Red Hot to taste

In 10-inch skillet, brown sausage. Add remaining ingredients and reduce heat. Simmer until meat is cooked and peppers are soft.
