2 (1 oz) sq unsweetened chocolate
(I use 1/2 c cocoa)
1/3 c butter
3 c powdered sugar
1/3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate and butter in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate and butter melt, stirring occasionally. Let mixture cool. Add powdered sugar and milk and beat at medium speed till smooth. Stir in vanilla.
(If I use cocoa, I cream the butter, cocoa and add the milk and the powdered sugar till smooth. Might
need a little more milk)
