2 c flour 1 egg yolk(beaten into 1/2 c milk)
1 T salt 2/3 c margarine

Filling: 5 c sliced apples 1 1/2 c sugar
2 T flour 2 T butter
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix like pie crust - pat 1/2 of mixture in
11 x 8 pan. Add filling.
Cover with dough that has been rolled to fit pan. Beat egg white slightly and brush over top. I usually roll the bottom crust, also. It is a little tougher dough, but that is what distinguishes the apple slices from a pie.

Bake 375 - 45 min --- Cut in squares
