2 med. potatoes, quartered
2 lbs. (about) powdered sugar
peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in water until done; drain, then mash. Beat in enough powdered sugar to make thick enough to roll like pie dough. Sprinkle board with powdered sugar and roll out. Spread with peanut butter, roll up and slice.

Both Grandma Stutzman and Grandma Dabbs would make this candy. It is very sweet but also very good.
