Ingredients:  
1 c flour (I double or 1/2 more)
1/2 c flour

2 eggs
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 T flour
1/c coconut
1 c nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bake 10 min - 350

Beat 2 eggs till light and fluffy, add 1/2 c brown sugar, beat well; add vanilla,baking powder,flour coconut,nuts,salt. Spread on baked mixture. Bake 10-15 min more.
Cool and frost


Icing
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 tsp almond
1 T orange juice
2 T butter
