4 eggs
1 c sugar
6 T water
1 c cake flour (1 c reg flour minus 2 T)
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Separate whites and yolks.
Beat whites and add 1/2 c sugar and put other 1/2 c in yolks
Blend all dry ingredients together and mix into yolk mixture. Fold white mixture into yolk mixture.
Bake in a shallow pan (cookie sheet with sides could work well). Bake 350 about 20 min or till done
After cooled add filling of choice.
