1 c flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c nuts (optional)
1-8 oz cream cheese
1 c cool whip
1 c powdered sugar
2 pkg instant pistachio pudding
3 c milk

Blend flour, butter, nuts. Pat into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 375 - 15 min------Cool

Combine chream cheese and, cool whip, pofwdered sugar on cool crust.

Add milk to pudding and spread on cheese layer.

Cool whip to top (I use real whipped cream on top)
