1-6 oz cherry gelatin
2 c boiling water
1 c cold water
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 - 21 oz can cherry fruit filling


Topping: 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c sour cream
1- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water, lemon juice, almond extract and pie
filling. Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 baking dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients, beat until smooth. Scoop over firm gelatin.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
