3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups dry cottage cheese, drained (can use low-fat)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cream or 1 cup milk or half-and-half
9 in. pie shell, unbaked
Ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, salt and cream. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
