2 lbs package of frozen hash browns
1 cup chopped onion
1 pint sour cream
10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
8 oz. medium cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine hash browns, onion, sour cream, condensed soup, cheese and butter. Place in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Sprinkle top with cornflake crumbs. Bake 1 hour.
