30 medium fresh jalapeños
1 lb. ground breakfast sausage
1 pkg cream cheese
1 lb. thin sliced bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Put on some disposable gloves and cut each jalapeño in half and remove all seeds. Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain excess fat. Add the cream cheese to the sausage and mix well. Stuff the jalapeños with the mixture and wrap in 1/2 of a slice of bacon. Place in a 13X9 pan to bake at 350ºF for about 30 minutes till the bacon gets crispy.
