1 cup plus 2 TBS flour
3 TBS sugar
1/3 cup oil (not olive oil)
2 TBS ice cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, sugar and oil together, then add the water until well mixed. Don't over mix or it will be tough and not flaky! Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap. Place into a 9" pie pan or refrigerate.
