3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 TBS butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar and cornstarch in a microwaveable bowl. Add the milk. Heat for 2 minutes in the microwave then stir. Cook for another 1 1/2 minutes and stir. Whisk in the egg yolks and cook for 1 1/2 minutes and stir. Cook another 1 1/2 minutes add the vanilla and butter. Place into wine glasses and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
