1 1/2 cups sugar
6 TBS cornstarch
3 cups cold water
1 pkg. (6 oz) raspberry or strawberry gelatin
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 - 9" graham cracker crusts
4 cups whipped cream

Directions:

In a sauce pan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water, mix at low heat until smooth. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes until soft set. Stir in berries then place in the graham cracker crusts. Refrigerate for 2 hours then top with whipped cream before serving.
