1/2 c butter
4 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 c walnuts chopped
2/3 c cocoa
1 1/3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder

Mix. Put in greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 25-30 min. Cool and frost.
