3 c crushed peaches
5 c sufar
1 pkg powdered pectin
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Measure peaches into bowl, add sugar and miz well. Let stand for 20 min. stirring occasionally. Dissolve pectin in the water. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes. Add Pectin to the fruit and sugar. Stir for 2 min. Laddle the jam into jelly glasses leaving 1/2" space at the top. Cover containers and let set 24 to 48 hours or until it is set. May cover with wax and put in the frig or freeze.
