Mix equal amounts of: Shredded parmasan cheese and asiago cheese or Shredded parmasan cheese and romano cheese
Season with either: Pepper, parsley, and oregano or Rosemary or Cumin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together and place mounds of cheese mix (like cookies) on a baking sheet covered with a Silpat or non-stick foil. Place in oven for about 12-15 minutes until edges are brown and they become flat lacy wafers. Cool on rack.
