Fresh Mozzarella sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
Extra virgin olive oil
Bread crumbs mixed with nuts
Mixed salad greens
Balsamic vinegar
Shredded proscuitto
Fresh tomaotes, chopped
Kalamata olives

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate mozzerella slices olive oil. Dredge slices with bread crumbs and bake in 400 oven until just brow. Serve on top of salad greens, dressed with balsamic vinegar, garnish with prosciutto, olives and tomatoes.
