2 lb. fresh green beans
1 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. walnut halves
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. basil
1 cup olive oil
Fresh black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green beans in salted water for approximately 8 minutes or until just crisp tender. Quickly rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Combine garlic, salt, vinegar, mustard, basil, oil and pepper in jar. Pour over green beans, add walnuts. Serve!
