Line 9 x 13 pan with whole crackers. Mix together and cook over low heat till slightly thick: 1/3 c milk 1 c sugar 1 beaten egg 1/4 lb butter 1 T flour Add: 1 c chopped nuts (optional) - 1 c coconut 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs Stir together and spread over whole crackers and cover with whole crackers.
Frost: 1 lb powdered sugar 1/2 stick butter Add milk to get spreading consistency
