1 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon each ginger powder and salt
1 tablespoon each soy sauce and corn starch
1 small onion (optional), minced
1 bunch green onion, tops only, chopped fine
5 ounces water chestnuts, chopped fine
1 package won ton wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except won ton wrappers). Put 1 teaspoon filling in the center of each wrapper. Spread out filling. Fold won ton into a triangle and seal edges with a flour and water paste. Deep fry in vegetable oil. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
