1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 package mini-chocolate covered peanut butter cups (40/package)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla; mix well. Sift dry ingredients and blend in. Preheat oven to 375. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place in ungreased small muffin tins. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove immediately and press a peanut butter cup in each until only the top shows. Let set about 10 minutes before removing from tins.
