2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound of Italian sausage (mild or hot)
1 yellow onion, cut into thin wedges
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
1 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 quart jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 box penne pasta
freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, brown sausage (if in casing, cut out and make little meat balls), add onions and peppers. Cook until tender. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to packaged directions. Drain. Add pasta to meat and vegetables. Top with Parmesan cheese.
