1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. ketchup
1 bay leaf
pinch of sugar
1 (25oz) can kidney beans, drained and liquid saved
3-4 drops Tobasco sauce
1/2 lb. low fat turkey sausage, thinly sliced
5-6 c. hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, and green pepper in butter in a large skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, reserved juice from kidney beans, and bay leaf. Cook 15 minutes over medium heat. Add beans, hot pepper sauce, and sausage; cook additional 5 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Serve over hot rice.
