6-8 medium potatoes cut french-fry style or thinly sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsps. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground coriander
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato slices in large zip-lock bag. Pour olive oil over potatoes and sprinkle spices into bag. Seal bag and massage potatoes to distribute oil and spices evenly. Spread potatoes on large cookie sheet. Lightly salt and pepper potatoes if desired. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
