2 pounds red potatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag; shake until well coated. Empty bag into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan. Cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender. Or, Potatoes can be foil wrapped and be made on the grill.
