1 1/4 lbs. bulk pork sausage, browned and drained
2 tsp. minced fresh basil (or 1/2 tsp. dried basil)
1 med. onion finely chopped
2 tsp. chives
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp. paprika divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
17.3 oz. frozen puff pastry thawed

Directions:

In a bowl combine sausage, onions, chives, basil, garlic, 3/4 tsp. paprika, salt and pepper. Unfold pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Fold each pastry sheet into a 11"x10 1/2" rectangle. Cut width-wise into 3 1/2" strips. Spread 1/2 c. of sausage down center of each strip. Fold pastry over and press edges to seal. Cut each roll into 6 pieces. Seam down in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Sprinkle with remaining paprika before baking.
