12 thin sliced breakfast steaks
2 lbs. of bacon
1 medium onion, finely diced
Salt and pepper
Prepared beef gravy (or make your own)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
Saute onion in bacon fat. Set aside.
On a slice of raw breakfast steak, place 1 or 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 tsp. onion.
Roll steak up and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until done.
Brown "pigs" carefully in buttered skillet.
Use drippings to make gravy or use prepared gravy.
Serve with mashed potatoes.

This is a good old fashion, fat-filled, high cholesterol entree! You can either roll full slices of bacon in beef or you can crumble bacon after it's cooked and cooled.
