400 degrees
Beachcombers Pork Chops(1 to 4 chops)

Brown pork chops, save grease.

Pour 1 cup of Minute Rice into an 8x8 lightly greased pan.

Add 1 can Campbells Bouillon or Consomme and 1/2 can of water.

Add grease and stir. Place chops on top.

You may add a slice of onion and green pepper to the top.

Cover tightly with foil. Cook 1 hour.
Holds well!
