Cake:
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans
1-1/2 cups milk

Icing:
1/2 cup butter
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 egg
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 cup pecans

Directions:

Cake:
Cream butter, add sugar a little at a time. Add eggs one at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add this a little at a time with milk and chocolate. Add pecans. Bake in greased and floured 13x9 pan at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Icing:
Combine all ingredients. Spread on cooled cake.
