1-1/2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 6- 3/4 oz. pkg cinnamon red hots
Red food coloring
Cored and pared apples
Cream cheese
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, sugar, cinnamon red hots and red food coloring. Cook till red hots are completely melted. Cook peeled and cored apples in boiling syrup until tender - about 10 minutes). Fill with cream cheese and nuts when cool.
