6 russet potatoes, sliced
15 oz Parmesan cheese
15 oz of cream
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In 9 inch round casserole dish place a layer of potatoes around bottom of dish, salt and pepper to taste. 2. Bring cream to a boil. 3. Pour some of the cream over potatoes. 4. Top with Parmesan cheese. 5. Layer potatoes and repeat above until final layer is potatoes topped with cheese. 6. Bake covered in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. 7. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes to allow cheese to brown on top.
