1 pound of mustard greens, prewashed and packaged
1 pound of collard greens, prewashed and packaged
1 pound of turnip greens, prewashed and packaged
4 tablespoons of lemon pepper
2 tablespoons of lime pepper
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 smoked turkey drumstick, wing, or hamhock
2 tablespoons of olive oil or canola oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1.Add smoked turkey to a large stockpot and bring to boil. 2. Wash greens in cold water and chop if desired. 3. Add greens to stock pot. If greens overflow, allow them to cook down and add more. 4. Season with lemon pepper, salt, and lime pepper. 5. Boil for one hour, add oil and balsamic vinegar and stir.
