2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried sage
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
2 butterfly pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt, sage, and black pepper. Rub mixture onto pork chops. Melt butter and olive oil in med frying pan. Fry until brown and crispy.
