1 graham cracker crust
1 large pkg Jello Cook n Serve lemon pudding
3/4 cup sugar
3 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Jello, sugar, and egg yolks over med heat. Add 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool 3 mins and pour into pie crust.

Meringue
Beat 3 eggs whites until foamy. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar and beat until stiff. Spread over filling, sealing at edges. Brown at 425 for 5 mins. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. In place of meringue, cool whip can be used.
