1 tbsp olive oil
2 Tilapia fillets (6ozs each)
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to med-high heat. Coat 2 large squares of aluminum foil with olive oil. Place a piece of parchment paper over each piece of foil and grease with olive oil. Center fillets on paper and drizzle with 1/2 tsp olive oil. Top each fillet with 1 tbsp butter, lemon juice, 2 tbsp onions, 1 clove garlic, salt, and pepper. Fold edges to form a pouch. Grill with cover on for 8-10 mins.
