1 pkg (16oz) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 med onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp butter
1 cup Townhouse crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Chop broccoli and add eggs, soup, onions, mayo, salt, and pepper. Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake for 25-35 mins. Once butter is melted, spread over casserole.
