1 (16 oz) package cubed ham
2 medium potatoes, cooked and cut into small pieces
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
In soup pan, place potatoes and onion in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes; drain liquid except for 1 cup, which remains in pan with the potatoes and onion.

In small pan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add flour to potatoes and onion; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.

Add milk, ham, cheese and corn; stir over medium heat until cheese melts.
