1- 9" deep dish pie crust
1 stick butter
3 squares (1oz) unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
3 tbsp light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare crust according to directions. In med saucepan, combine butter and chocolate. Heat gently, stirring often until well blended. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffly.Stir in corn syrup, sugar, and vanilla. Add to chocolate mixture and stir well. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 or until top is slightly crunchy and filling is set.
