8 oz macaroni, uncooked
1 lb bulk sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling salted later according to package directions; drain and set aside.

In skillet, saute sausage and onion; pour off fat; add flour and salt, blending well.

Gradually add milk; continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Stir in macaroni and 1 cup of cheese.

Transfer mixture to lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
