2 tablespoons butter
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon parsley
4 cups hot cooked egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium high heat, heat 1/2 of the butter; add chicken and cook 10 minutes until chicken is browned. Set chicken aside.

Reduce heat to medium; add remaining butter; add onions and cook until tender.

Add soup, milk, mustard and parsley. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan; reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes.

Serve with noodles.
