1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cup flour, sifted
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, cream of tarter, and baking soda. Stir in flour and mix well. Roll dough into 1" balls and roll in cinnamon sugar. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 mins. Cookies are done when slightly brown.
