3 cups cooked macaroni, cooled
1 lb cooked crab or imitation
4 boiled eggs, mashed
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup frozen peas, slightly thawed
1/2 cup shredded carrots
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise (enough to make it creamy)

Directions:

Mix cold macaroni, green onions, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Gently stir in peas, crab, and eggs

Store in refrigerator.
