10.5 oz. can Beef Consommé
1 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 tsp. dried Rosemary, crumbled
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
1/3 C. Madeira Wine
2 Tbsp. Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine consommé, butter, rosemary and pepper in a small saucepan, heat thoroughly. Dissolve corn starch in the Madeira wine; stir into consommé. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil and stir for 1 minute.

Serve this with Beef Tenderloin, Filet Mignon, or Beef Wellington. Chris even made this sauce for me one year on Christmas Eve.
