1 box yellow cake mix
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
3 tablespoons strawberry preserves
3 oz cream cheese, cut into 24 pieces
1 container cream cheese frosting


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

Place paper baking cups in each of 24 muffin cup tins.

In bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water and eggs. Divide batter evenly amount muffin cups.

In bowl, stir strawberry preserves until smooth.
Place 1 piece of cream cheese on top of batter in each cupcake; press slightly. Place 1/4 teaspoon of preserves over cream cheese.

Bake 18-23 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.

Frost with frosting.
