2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking mix
1/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix milk, sugar, baking mix, butter, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.

Pour into a grease 10 inch pie plate.

Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
