3-4 lbs. cicken wings cut apart. (Toss the wing tips or use for soup broth)
1/4 cup Soya Sauce
11/2 Tbsp. honey
2 large garlic cloves crushed or minced
1/4 cup sesame seeds (opinial)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak chicken wings in salt water for 1 hour, drain and place in a wok of deep fry pan. Brown the wings, sprinkle black pepper on wings as they cook. Continue to cook until the meat is falling from the bones, add a little water if necessary. Add the Soya Sauce, honey and semese seeds. Toss and coat the chicken wings and continue to cook 10 more minutes.
