Directions:
Directions:
Wash and clean out the cavity of a fresh chicken. Sprinkle salt into the cavity, roll and soften the lemon, cut both ends off the lemon and place in the cavity of the chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and place the chicken breast down in roasting pan. Place cover on the roasting pan and put into the oven at 350 for 1-1/ hours.
