1 bag of pecan halves ( 4-cups or 1 lb bag)
1 egg white
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
a dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 (275 for Dark pans)

Mix together sugar, allspice and cinnamon.
Beat egg whites until smooth but not stiff.
In large bowl, coat pecans with egg white, then sprinkle sugar mixture over pecans and coat
.
Spread onto a cookie sheet and Bake in oven for 45 minutes. Stir about every 15 minutes, until done.
